Our Confectionery and Snacks division produces some of the most delicious and well-loved brands in the confectionery aisle such as Aero, Allens, KitKat, Lifesavers and Smarties and we are currently seeking a Brand Manager to join our innovative team.

If you like the pace fast and can hold your own with a team that’s buzzing with energy, you could be the new driving force behind this dynamic category. This is a full 360-degree role for a top-notch Brand Manager who can get inside the heads the target market, and apply a creative and edgy approach to brand strategy, communication, innovation, and implementation.

The successful candidate will have strong business support and report directly to the Marketing Manager. This is a great move for someone who is highly ambitious, and seeking a highly visible role where they can truly make an impact.

You will bring your passion, sense of fun, enthusiastic attitude and drive for results. Demonstrated leadership and marketing product development experience within FMCG is preferred and a business related degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role would make a great fit and contribution to our innovative team.
