We are presently seeking a commercially minded After Market Director to provide strategic leadership and overall sales and marketing direction to Cummins South Pacific (CSP) After Market, Parts and Service Operations. Based in Scoresby and reporting to the Managing Director CSP, this newly created role is not only responsible for the delivery of marketing and sales functional excellence and profitable growth, but also influences P&L across the many market segments in which Cummins operates.
As a member of our South Pacific Leadership Team (SPLT), you will contribute to the CSP strategic plan and its operational objectives, ensuring successful new product introductions are supported by comprehensive marketing programs.

Success in this position will rely heavily upon your ability to forge close working relationships with CSP Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Regional Management teams and Business Units. Your strategic acumen will be complimented by an ability to retain a focus on the broader commercial vision, whilst ensuring support and engagement with the Operational teams that underpin your strategy.

Applications should be supported by a minimum of five years senior leadership experience, solid analytical skills and a creative, constantly evolving mindset. As a customer centric professional, you possess the ability to balance highest calibre internal and external customer support with the commercial realities of a Fortune 500 listed industry icon. Whilst industry knowledge will be advantageous, we are open to considering applications from other industry sectors or trades.
