Based at our St Kilda road Head Office and reporting into the Director of Operations you will be responsible for leading a team whilst ensuring the efficient operation and service levels of Demand and Supply are met within the division.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
Ensure efficient operation of the business unit forecast planning process
Defining the sub-contracting strategy of the business unit
Coordination of the Demand and Supply planning activities
Develop and Manage a team of Supply & Demand Planners
Establish demand plan based on validated forecast
Total Supply Chain cost

The successful applicant will have prior management experience within the Supply & Demand space, be results driven, able to manage complexity in a high pressure environment and be able to effectively communicate meaningful information to different areas of the business. Previous experience within the retail or FMCG environment will also be highly regarded in this autonomous role.
