About You
You will be experienced and capable in leading the strategic planning process and implementing change. You will have the ability to develop compelling propositions, business strategies and supporting service offerings. You’re Science/Business/Commerce degree may be complimented by an MBA or equivalent. You will have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing propositions, setting standards and compliance using best practice.
You’ll have a genuine interest in aged care and possess an ability to develop strong and beneficial relationships.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Marketing & Communications you will be responsible for co-creating the end to end strategic planning process for Bupa Care Services Australia. You will develop new propositions and related products and services and prioritise for decision and delivery within the business. You will evolve and manage the overarching customer value proposition ensuring people are engaged and use this as a framework for innovation and delivery. You will lead the monthly tracking and monitoring of strategic priorities and the business plan against key milestones, including communication to stakeholders. You will identify opportunities to utilise and package products and services from across the Bupa businesses in Australia to support residents and their families. You will represent Bupa in external industry working groups, building Bupa’s reputation as a healthcare leader.
