Boart Longyear is the leading provider of drilling products and services to the global minerals industry.
As the Company approaches its 125th year anniversary, we seek a ‘hunter’, someone with the hunger, passion and the drive to profitably and in a sustainable way grow the Asia Pacific region.

The role is based in Adelaide, South Australia and reports to the SVP Products located in the USA.
This is about delivering extraordinary outcomes; the key elements of the role center on leading the sales organization, strategy development and then its flawless execution.
The profile we seek is this; tertiary educated, substantial experience working within a MNC in a dynamic mining services / industrial sector, a track record of P & L delivery, superior relationship management skills, and a builder of highly performing and capable teams.

Desired Skills and Experience
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent; post-graduate qualifications well regarded
Substantial (10 +) years’ experience in MNC, with demonstrated track record of P & L accountability in a dynamic market environment - sales, marketing & or related areas;
Knowledge of drilling industry & or related areas; BLY products & services knowledge is a plus.
