General Manager - Toshiba Australia - Sydney

Job description
Due to the retirement of our long serving current incumbent, we are now looking for a new General Manager to lead the Electonic Imaging Division of Toshiba Australia.

The General Manager is responsible for delivering business results by building management capability, setting strategic direction and conducting operations. They must meet four different objectives:
Live Toshiba’s Core Values and deliver Toshiba’s brand promise
Ensure continued profit, short and long term
Build customer enthusiasm towards Toshiba
Ensure employees are motivated, engaged and satisfied
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 10+ years’ experience in a senior management role within the Electronic Imaging Industry, or similar. You must also have experience managing the full P&L. We seek someone who will be a visionary for the business and who will be able to translate that vision into action. You must be capable of communicating with impact, driving for results, developing strategic relationships and leveraging them. You must be a strong leader whom others will want to follow.
