Client Solutions Director - Futurestep - Korn/Ferry - Sydney


Job description
Focussing on the Australian market you will be part of a broader global Business Development team who drives high impact solutions to their clients at the executive level. You will be responsible for developing and driving new business across the Australian region. This highly visible role works closely with Futurestep Business Segment Managers at all stages of the process and acts as a mentor across the business to help drive a sales culture and support ongoing business development initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience
Passionate about talent or HRO/RPO solutions you have excelled in building executive level client relationships and developed complex customised solutions that help transform the talent practices of some of the world’s top companies. You’re known for your relentless drive to satisfy customer requirements, your consultative selling style and high energy. A confident presenter you are at ease around higher management and can articulate complex messages with gravitas. Generous with sharing knowledge and experience, you will be a positive and pro-active communicator, and work to build effective relationships across the business.
Experience in solution sales is a must. Management consulting experience is ideal but above all your ability to drive business growth is paramount.
