We are currently seeking high performing individuals with a solid understanding of business banking products and processes to join this already successful team. As a Relationship Manager within Business Connect, you will have the opportunity to utilise the latest virtual technology to further grow a portfolio of SME customers. You will own the customer experience whilst being supported by highly skilled specialists and steamlined processes.
The Relationship Manager role is a key sales role responsible for growing SME business and deepening customer relationships whilst contributing to St George Business Banking goals.
This responsibilties of a Business Banker within Business Connect include but are not exclusive to:
Proactively engaging in needs-based conversations and providing banking solutions tailored to customers' needs
Proactively growing customer value in the SME customer segment and improving customer advocacy
Building and relationship managing a portfolio of high value SME customers, sourced from referrals and other prospecting activities
Cross-selling opportunities with customers and owning the customer experience for a portfolio of clients
Supporting acquisition opportunities
Continually seeking to improve the hub's offerings; providing innovative and fast solutions to better the customer experience
Networking and leveraging referrals from Branches and internal networks; ensuring a feedback loop to capture and drive success of interactions and referrals
Building great relationships with the team, branch members and other referral partners to work together to meet all challenges in delivering a differentiated banking experience for the customer
Utilising specialists to manage the solution delivery and processing to maximise customer facing time.
To be successful in application you must have recent and relevant experience within a Business Banking environment or Relationship Management position. It is a requirement that your attention to detail is strong, and that you have impressive written and verbal communication skills. It is also necessary for candidates have proven experience in exceeding sales and relationship focused KPIs within a target driven environment.
