Reporting to: Managing Director (solid line) and Vice President of Delivery - APAC (functional)
Direct Reports: Project Manager, Engineering Leader, Service Leader
Geographical Coverage: ANZ

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide leadership to the ANZ delivery organisation, meet and exceed key financial KPIs, maintain a high level of delivery capability that caters for changes to strategies and the market dynamics, delivering high level of customer satisfaction and effectively contributing and shared accountability in securing orders (winning price/lowest cost model).
Responsible for the management of all engineering, projects and services activities from contract award to final customer acceptance, to assure customer satisfaction and acceptable finance performance. Responsible for EHS for ANZ.

Through living the organisation's values in terms of action as well as behaviour, this role will support the ANZ culture of being a highly collaborative team orientated environment.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for achieving financial objectives and delivering initiatives within the delivery workstream for ANZ e.g. Revenue, Gross margin, cash, margin improvement, EEC utilisation, customer satisfaction etc.
Effectively manage all Delivery activities (projects & services), resources management (skills and capability), tools and processes, quality systems etc.
Establishes measurable objectives with assigned personnel and regularly monitors performance. Administrative responsibility for all engineers, including performance reviews, coaching, training and all other aspects of Standard Personnel Policy. Direct, plan and prioritise the use of the group’s resources to achieve the optimum utilisation and profitability whilst continually assessing group performance to identify and implement improvement actions in concert with other operations.
Overall responsibility for hiring, discharges, promotions and salary actions, for personnel within the Delivery Operations. Contribute as a member of the management team (locally, regionally and globally) to determine the company’s overall business strategy and gain commitment to this strategy and ensure delivery from the operations group.
Provide proactive sales and proposal support to ensure the client has a full appreciation of our organisational capability in the ascertive pursuit of orders, revenue and margin.
Ensure the ANZ organisation effectively manages our EHS obligations in terms of compliance, processes, practices and through these actions ensure a safe working environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years in the process control industry with at least 5 years proven experience in project or department management position.
Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
Knowledge/skills in project management, staff management and technical/engineering in relevant industries.
