Project Manager - Customer Operations Delivery - Vodafone - Sydney


Job description
Vodafone currently have a unique 6 month contract opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for successfully delivering Sales & Service Transformation projects using Agile and waterfall delivery methodology.

This role typically involves Capex driven projects, representing the non-technical elements such as Customer Care, Sales and Marketing – working closely with the technical Project Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

Work with the leadership team to create and implement processes and procedures to continually improve capability and deliverables
Identify key stakeholders to define and deliver projects
Establish project structure to engage all required stakeholders for all phases
Create clear and attainable project objectives
Adequately manage the key constraints for all projects of cost, time, quality and scope
Ensure scope for projects is clear and tightly managed
Work with the Customer Operations team, establish the framework to manage project scope, schedule, quality and cost
Provide reports that show the status of the project against agreed plans

Desired Skills and Experience
Vodafone are looking for a strong leader who has demonstrated experience in successfully delivering Agile and waterfall projects. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills, along with excellent written and oral communication to be able to influence and negotiate positive outcomes and present project status.
