Brand Director - BellaBox - Melbourne

Job description
We are looking for a Brand Manager to manage our brand partnerships in Australia. Using your knowledge of cosmetic and beauty industry in Australia you will develop relationships and drive sales and revenue for this revolutionary e-commerce service. This is an exciting position for the right candidate.

Your tasks:
Source products from high-end beauty and cosmetic brands from local distributors and international companies
Manage key relationships with major players within the industry
Follow up with the brands partners (minutes of meeting, gathering all the data to complete the boxes)
Coordinate with the brand partners, marketing team and logistic department to meet the deadlines regarding the delivery of the boxes.
Deliver campaigns analysis to the brand partners.
Identify consumer trends in the cosmetics market in Australia and internationally
Work with marketing, creative and development teams to execute success marketing and sales campaigns for our brand partners
Achieve set sales and revenue targets

Desired Skills and Experience
2+ years experience in brand management, account management or sourcing in the cosmetic and beauty industry.
Proven experience in reaching sales targets
Excellent understanding of current trends in the beauty industry and the competitive landscape
Good understanding of digital media trends including online marketing and social marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess the drive to conquer a challenge through perseverance and creativity
Good team player
Organized
