The project
The FXA Recruitment Transformation Project will deliver a world class recruitment solution which will offer an unbeatable experience to leaders and candidates. Leveraging the Fuji Xerox corporate brand and EVP along with leading edge technology, social media channels, mobility and analytics, the goal is to lift the quality of hire by sourcing the best people direct from market. The Recruitment Team will play an important role as trusted advisors, supporting leaders with all aspects of the hiring cycle including contemporary sourcing strategies, market insights and interview coaching through to negotiations, offer and talent pipelining.

The role
This role will ultimately be responsible for Sales and Marketing recruitment at FXA nationally. However, over the next 3 months as we build the new recruitment model, tasks will include consulting with stakeholders to configure the new e-recruitment system, training stakeholders, developing social media and other sourcing channels and setting up talent pools and communities.

The person
The person who will succeed in this role will be passionate about recruitment and innovation, a creative thinker who is up to date with developments in contemporary recruitment technology and techniques. They will be social media and mobile savvy and will understand the importance of employer branding and recruitment marketing in today’s recruitment industry. They will have a good mix of business acumen, process design, leading through change, senior stakeholder engagement and of course advanced recruitment skills, either in sales and marketing or volume recruitment or preferably both! This senior role requires someone with the experience, credibility and strength of character to coach, challenge and provide feedback to leaders when appropriate and to be the go to person for all things recruitment in their client group.

Desired Skills and Experience
Pre-requisites:
Contemporary approach to recruitment with advanced recruitment marketing skills
Minimum 8 – 10 years recruitment experience with significant portion sourcing and recruiting sales and marketing people at all levels
A track record of successful delivery in an internal recruitment role
Ability to innovate, think outside the square, influence and come up with creative solutions
Consummate communicator – verbal and written
Leadership skills and a tertiary education is desirable
