The Sales Manager, Entertainment & Devices, will be directly responsible for managing a territory consisting of 3 Account Executives (AE's) and retailers and distributors located in Australia.

Primary responsibilities include; management and development of AE's and strengthening account relationships in the territory, budgeting, allocations, driving sales of Microsoft's product line by effectively gaining assortment, managing retail marketing, managing supply chain and managing partner relationships, develop and execute retail marketing programs, understand market trends and competitive landscapes, effectively work and communicate with internal groups including Operational contacts.
Maximize revenue of Microsoft through a specific set of retail accounts, and support the greater team's goal of revenue attainment. This position is responsible for account specific sales quota's, and contributing to the team's ability to achieve their overall quota, while responsibly managing marketing and business expenses.
This position will be responsible for all activities related to sales in the defined set of accounts, and will be chartered with strategic thinking about the marketplace overall, to help team achieve it's revenue and profit objectives.
This position will: manage the AE's to jointly determine effective marketing activities with accounts to maximize marketing ROI.
Will recommend product allocation methodology of constrained products.
Will forecast for individual account product needs.

Qualifications will include 5+ years of related management & retail experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of retail and retail business models;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and good working knowledge of competitive products;
Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with multiple levels internally and externally; ability to work in team structure.
Ability to analyze and respond to company and industry data and to assess trends.
Candidate must demonstrate a track record of proven results in like responsibility.
