Marketing Brand Coordinator at Hunter Douglas

Job Description

- Assists with the development, implementation and execution of marketing activities such as conferences, trade Shows, PR events, PR activity and brand development;
- Prepares and distributes national Wholesale, Retail and Commercial advertising and promotions including point of sale;
- Maintains and updates brochures and advertising for the Wholesale, Retail and Commercial Window Coverings channels;
- Updates phone records for new Gallery stores and prepares detailed monthly tracking reports per channel;
- Prepares monthly Retail lead reports and weekly lead reports for David Jones;
- Assists in all levels of product communication, working alongside the product management team and website coordinator;
- Prepares all invoices in Apeas, coding correctly based on agreed commitments against budget.
Skills

** Ability to work autonomously and work to tight deadlines;
** Able to multitask and juggle multiple activities for different channels simultaneously;
** Able to cope well under pressure;
** A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
** Excellent project management skills and high level initiative;
** Strong written and verbal communication skills;
** Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
