Bupa Care Services is seeking dedicated General Managers to lead the teams in various locations throughout ACT & NSW.

You are an inspirational leader and have a passion and drive for people development. You have a track record in leading complex operations within management roles in a Healthcare/Nursing field. You’re a strong leader who enjoys leading people effectively and have a passion for aged care.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
Extensive management experience within an aged care setting
Advanced understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards, quality improvement, WHS principles & previous experience & success with accreditation
Experience in managing resources & working to budgets
Proven track record of successfully implementing changes & culture management
Possess excellent leadership & communication skills


About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, this is a hands-on role where you will lead all aspects of the care home which will include upholding high standards of person-first resident care, maintaining home efficiency and profitability and leading our people to achieve outstanding results.
