We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced individual to join the team and work on-site within a key global client as Head of Client Services. This is a newly created position working within a dynamic environment with high client interface. We are looking to secure a senior professional with a background in 5 star Hotel Management or similar corporate professional services environment who will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational governance of the client and staff experience. Reporting to the Global Alliance Director the responsibilities of this role will include:
Initial focus on the client's Sydney portfolio and in particular the new global head office, overseeing an extensive corporate tenancy.
Delivering best practice across all Client Services.
Delivery of day-to-day operations across Guest Relations, Service Desk, print and mail centre, audio visual, retail, operational security and facilities management.
Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to staff.
Client engagement and relationship management.
Proactively reviewing operational processes and revising as required to meet global objectives and client demands.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to the service offering.
Financials including reporting and budgeting.
Creating a culture of excellence and customer service.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you should have a demonstrable track record in a similar role with a key focus on delivering the ultimate client experience within a fast paced environment. You should be a strong, engaging people leader with the ability to inspire and manage large teams whilst driving performance and striving for success. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential along with strong attention to detail, organisational and time management ability.
