With over 400 retail outlets across ANZ, 2,500 employees, a burgeoning digital presence and recent double digit growth across the region, OPSM is delivering fantastic business results in a tough retail climate and to continue our market leadership, we are looking for an outstanding Retail Sales Director to elevate the transformation of our business.

Providing outstanding leadership to your large State Manager & Regional Manager team, you will drive sales, profitability and business growth across our corporate and growing franchise network. You will inspire your field and retail store teams to ensure the business is attracting and retaining a high performance team and implement strategic plans for continued growth and improvement, while ensuring we deliver world’s best experiences to our customers. Critically, you will also be an integral member of the senior OPSM cross-functional leadership team, partnering closely with your optometry, product, marketing and commercial business teams to develop & deliver on a cohesive & strategic business plan.

So, who are you?
Your retail operations pedigree is second to none. With inspirational leadership & a track record of developing future leaders, your background includes a similar size business - large national or multinational retail or franchise experience at either National or GM level. Ultimately though, you will bring a proven background delivering retail success through high performance teams and an impenetrable spirit to deliver outstanding customer service. Defined by your communication style, you understand brands, complex retail environments, merchandise, marketing & supply chain to ensure a seamless customer experience.
