Marketing Manager - PepsiCo - Chatswood

Our Snacks Marketing team are on the lookout for a skilled Marketing Manager to manage our biggest brand Smith's. In this role you would be responsible for establishing, developing, managing, implementing and measuring all aspects of the marketing mix on the Smith's brand.

Accountabilities
1)Strategic Leadership to Drive Brand Growth - lead development of robust growth plans for Smith's brands
2)Product Innovation and Commercialisation - lead development of innovation and deliver flawless execution
3)Advertising and Creative Development - lead development and execution of Smith's advertising 1-4 TVCs per year, plus print, outdoor and digital campaigns
4)Consumer Promotions - lead development and execution of 1-2 consumer promotions per year either on the Smith's brandor across multiple brands
5)Media Strategy and Execution - lead development, execution & monitoring of Smith's media budgets and campaigns ($4MM in 2013)
6)Agency/ Supplier Management - lead and manage key Packaging, Insight, Research, Strategy, Media and Creative agencies to ensure effective brand outcomes
7)Budget Management - manage marketing spend to agreed budgets ($6MM in 2013)
8)People Management - manage and lead one direct report

Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Minimum
- 7-10 years sales / marketing experience, preferably within FMCG environment
- Proven ability to lead and implement large cross functional projects
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to lead strategy for brands
- Ability to influence others
- Proven experience in delivering effective NPD
- Proven experience in delivering effective communications
