This is a critical role with overall accountability for the performance of the New Equipment Business (NEB) in KEA. It sits on the executive team and represents a fantastic opportunity to join our business at an exciting time of strong growth and excellent financial performance.
You Will Drive Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction, Safety And Quality In All Parts Of NEB Via The Following
Delivery
• Overall accountability for achieving planned financial result for NEB
• Establish operating budgets; monitor cost (pre-post management), effectiveness, and reliability of all activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending and ensure that standards are met
• Evaluate critical schedule problems and authorise significant changes to NEB activities or agreements
• Making Installation capacity planning and completion forecasts
• Proactive resource and capacity planning and responsibility for efficiency measurement and reporting
•Responsibility for managing customer disputes and managing sub-contractor relations.
Leadership / People management
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for installation activities that align with the organisation's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives
• Responsible for the performance, conduct & actions of all NEB staff, operatives and sub-contractors; & for driving a culture of safety & quality
• Identify training needs for critical staff in order to fulfil the business plan in each area of discipline.
