Job description
We are currently looking for a Senior Director - Account to be a part of our Software Sales Team based in Melbourne.

This current position is responsible for selling our solutions into defined Territory both in collaboration with our colleagues in Dell and our valued partners.


Essential Responsibilities
Building Sales Strategies, Account and Opportunity Plans for existing customers and potential prospects
Achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis
Remain focused on achievement of the sales strategies in line with our Big Bets, identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and sell solutions to provide an outcome.
Ensure the company presence and reputation is maximized with the customers and partners
Effectively build and optimise long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and partners
Produce accurate forecasts on a Weekly/Quarterly basis and make sure the CRM system is always up to date

Minimum Qualifications
8-10 years plus in Enterprise Sales to/with/through Telstra Account required
Proven track record in Sales achievement
Proven track record in Solution Selling
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry
Proven ability in the achievement of quarterly sales targets
Excellent communication skills
Superior negotiation skills
Self-motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic, and an attention to detail
