Director - Corporate Finance - SILC Group - Melbourne

Job description
Given our strong and growing pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking to appoint a Director - Corporate Solutions whose primary function is to provide corporate financial solutions which includes but is not limited to corporate advisory, capital structuring, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, divestments and restructures. The key area of focus is to manage and execute the transactions and deals which have been originated through existing relationships that have been developed with clients and intermediaries both domestically and globally. In addition to our existing relationships, it is expected that the Director will leverage their own well-developed networks to actively ensure the growth and profitability of the business in their target markets via the delivery of a comprehensive range of products and tailored client solutions, as well as supporting overall business needs and requirements. The position requires a very strong understanding of clients’ needs as well as knowledge of a broad and diverse range of advisory and transactional solutions. The Director must possess well developed financial, transactional, valuation, structuring and negotiation skills to formulate corporate finance and strategic solutions based on client needs and requirements.
