About the role
You will be given the support and opportunity to develop strong selling, innovation and networking skills, playing a high profile role within this rapidly expanding team and in the marketplace.

You will be delivering, identifying and creating assurance services to your clients and have the opportunity to build your own service offerings based on your past experience coupled with the collective knowledge of Deloitte.

You will manage client engagements in their entirety and maintain strong relationships with key clients and build new networks and businesses. You will provide effective counselling, coaching and mentoring to counselees, engagement and other team members towards the development of skills and talent in the team.

About your experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and CA or the equivalent qualification is essential
Practical knowledge and experience of current global audit practices within Financial Services ‑ Banking or Structured Funding being ideal
Strong management, interpersonal and leadership skills The ability to work under pressure of budgets and time constraints
Strong ability to generate leads and business development
Ability to solve complex problems in a fast moving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
