We are looking for a creative and experienced Program Manager with a true passion for sales and marketing. As an Enterprise Demand Management Program Manager you work with the Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams to plan, execute and manage inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns aimed at promoting awareness and generating pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team. You will work closely with our vendor partners to build the scale and flexibility our business needs to take it to the next stage of growth. Highly creative and detail focussed, you will be the kind of person who loves the challenge of running multiple concurrent workstreams, and is driven by a passion for setting and exceeding challenging targets.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns and initiatives for the HK/TW market either through own efforts or via a vendor partner
Manage vendor partners to deliver against core metrics (lead conversion, pipeline)
Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships
Provide detailed reporting of program performance against weekly/monthly/quarterly targets

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of inside sales (inbound or outbound) or Marketing experience.
Experience with Google’s product suite (or similar cloud based software-as-a-service).
Must speak and write Cantonese and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record in inside sales with consistent performance above quota
Strong ability to build relationships and deliver in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams
Ability to plan, execute and manage entire marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, possessing ability to maintain control of communication length and direction and articulate under pressure.
