The Opportunity
Due to our commitment to growing our customers businesses; we have a rare opportunity for a senior retail leader to join our business in a development capacity to deliver retail leadership excellence to our customers and our management teams. This leadership program has been designed by our business directors to attract outstanding retail management talent so they can be fast tracked through our company to eventually join the senior leadership team. We will provide proven General Managers (of multi-site retail operations) the opportunity to learn whilst growing our business and creating / delivering strategy without loosing the "hands - on" approach that is essential in a reasonably small team focused business like our Westfield Centre Management Retail Operations Teams To be successful you should commercially savvy, ambitious, and energetic with a passion for developing your people, new idea and business growth. With your track record in senior multi site retail operations, management or marketing roles within large businesses, you will have a strong ability to develop and execute strategy, provide effective leadership and understand what makes a retailer successful. Your knowledge of merchandising and/or product management in a retail /FMCG environment will be second to none. Retail will be your passion, growing your team and creating new revenue opportunities for your region / asset should be high on your list of priorities.
