Director - Client Services - Crown Relocations - Sydney


Job description
The Client Services Director is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, both inside and outside of the Company. As such, the incumbent will actively represent the Company in terms of seeking out new business opportunities. The role is also responsible for working closely with the internal departments, to ensure that all compliance and contractual requirements are met.

The Client Services Director is responsible for the effective management of key client accounts, fostering robust, productive and profitable working relationships, which advance the interests of both the client and the Company.

This role requires a candidate to fulfil the following duties:
Drive, set and deliver sales strategic business development of Relocation and Mobility Services, throughout Australia.
Develop a consultative sales approach focused on building long term relationships for the business.
Focus self and sales team on major account wins, as measured by Top 10 new clients.
Maintain sales teams that are capable of delivering on strategic objectives, by supporting and coaching.

Maintain high standards of personal sales achievements by achieving “new business” targets in revenue and profit.
Effectively manage the RFP and tender response process.
Ensure marketing plans and activities are relevant, cost effective and deliverable for the strategic objectives and brand positioning across Australia.
Engage as an active participant within the relocation and mobility industries and fully understand the marketplace (competitors / industry bodies / clients).
Actively promote the Company and its services through community and business related activities.

Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following criteria:
Have at least 6 years’ experience in a business to business sales environment and with at least 3 years of these years being within the Relocations/Mobility Industry.
Demonstrated management and team leadership skills.
Demonstrated previous success in sales or revenue generation and ideally will have a thorough understating of the corporate relocation industry.
Prior experience in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals and confidence in face to face presentation settings.
Proven experience in building positive client relationships.
Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of experience with the use of technology.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Adept at creating open communication to achieve common goals.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
