Role Summary/Purpose:
The role is responsible for delivering the annual revenue budget and operating plan for Engine Sales and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) market for the assigned territory. This role encompasses multiple airline accounts and overall account relationship management at the senior executive level.

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop business opportunities and conduct significant campaigns to win new business and generate revenues.
Negotiate and close very complex high value deals.
Establish commercial contracts and agreements with customers to support product and service delivery.
Lead the global virtual Customer Team to proactively identify and successfully close customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop customer centric solutions to resolve customer challenges and build long term mutually beneficial relationships.
Utilise current market data to prepare strategic and local marketing and campaign initiatives and promote brand awareness.
Develop, manage and report on progress against annual Operating Plan (OP) and identify initiatives for the growth playbook (GPB)/Blueprint process.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role with multi-million dollar budgets.
At least 10 years’ experience in industry related sales, application engineering and/or marketing.
Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal closure and contract development to achieve significant multi-product multi-year contracts with customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders, gain acceptance and negotiate successful outcomes with customers.
Proven leadership of teams with members based in multiple locations.
Demonstrated ability to research and analyse data to develop strategic and local sales opportunities and budgets.
Proficient in the use of information technology applications to manage workflows and reporting.
Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others.
Endurance and Influence: Ability to work extremely long hours at times when campaigns are in progress under significant time and commercial pressure, remaining focussed and able to respond creatively to rapidly changing competitive inputs, and influence senior internal stakeholders to adopt positions needed to be successful
