Our IT Advisory professionals help clients realise business improvements through technology enabled change. As a member of this fast growing practice you'll work on a diverse portfolio of client assignments with a focus on:
Business Transformation - Design and management of large, complex business transformation programs that are enabled through new technologies
Big Data – Design and delivery of business intelligence, analytics and information management solutions
Cloud computing – Development of new strategies and new business operating models to enable clients to safely leverage the full potential of cloud based services and solutions
Technology Enablement – the assessment, selection, design and delivery of new software packages to enable clients to achieve their performance objectives
IT Transformation – Assessing the operational effectiveness and driving continuous improvements within the IT function of major businesses – both private and public sector
We have a Director role available in our Adelaide IT Advisory practice for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record in a reputable consulting firm.

Working closely with the Advisory leadership team you will play an active role in leading a team of IT Advisory consultants who are a part of a larger team of performance improvement specialists. Your role will include:
Develop a growth strategy for IT Advisory and lead the execution of this strategy
Build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers
Develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities
Lead presentations and proposals for projects and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals
Create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership
Package overall project findings into clear, concise, high quality work products
Act as a subject matter resource on one or more services
Drive improvements in business processes
Leverage knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems
Build, manage and motivate high-performing teams while developing key staff to build sustainable competence
You'll be a high performer with consulting experience ideally gained in a professional services or Tier 1 consulting environment. You'll also have the professional presence and confidence to operate at the most senior levels of an organisation.
