Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Support Regional VP to build and develop the Blackhawk Strategic Partnerships category
Lead generation and Proposal Management for potential B2B partners
The day to day ongoing relationship lead of existing B2B partners, including sales management, promotion, inventory management, and issue avoidance and resolution.
Build awareness and inspire B2B and Strategic Partners staff to promote Blackhawk products and maintain a core range for sales growth.
Lead the Roll-out of new B2B and Strategic Partners utilizing existing project management skills.
Lead on the development of Digital Solutions for both retail and B2B partners
Assist in management of Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships
Work with the Regional VP to develop bespoke solutions for the best in market execution of gift card solutions to B2B and Strategic partners
To be an ambassador for the Blackhawk business with all external parties.

Desired Skills and Experience
Fluent in English.
Experience of working across a diverse customer base
6+ years of business management, sales, or account management experience in B2B environment
Knowledge of Incentive, Prepaid, Telco or Gift Card category ideal
Proven track record of successfully influencing in a matrixed organization
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
Accustomed to working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and build beneficial relationships
Strategic and results orientated.
