Description

Collaborate with Sr. Market Directors and Geo leads to shape and influence the growth strategy and roadmap for Apple Retail, in key markets/countries
Identify new strategic opportunities for Apple Retail in priority markets,build on existing opportunities, and formulate the approach to capitalize on them
Prioritize initiatives and opportunities across countries and key markets to assess key investments
Partner with Sr. Market Directors and Geo Leads on strategic projects, explorations and business reviews
Crystallize key insights from the field teams (in partnership with various business teams), and shape them into business strategies
Collaborate with key stakeholders and build relationships across Apple Retail, and other parts of Apple to gain support for strategic priorities for key markets
Partner with senior leaders to help shape the agenda for business reviews, offsites and other regional meetings
Drive key insights for our WW and Geo-Specific monthly and quarterly business performance to support business strategy and transformation (including key drivers for our priority markets, market segment performances evaluation of opportunities and risks).
Develop and share deep market insights about relevant industry trends in major countries/markets and implications for Apple Retail
Define success metrics for key programs/initiatives and analyze performance when initiatives are launched
Demonstrate thought leadership, innovation, and understanding of business and competition
Education Details
BA or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred

Proven track record of leadership and achieving outstanding results
Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability
Outstanding analytical problem solver with strategic and structured thinking
Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate insights for executive team
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
Intensely curious and ability to question conventional wisdom to deepen understanding and elevate decision-making
Very high attention to detail
Strong project management and organization skills
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills

Additional Requirements

-7 years experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning roles in a technology environment
Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Technology, or Luxury Goods preferred
